CN E-BLAST 03-21-2019

Greetings Cedars Brothers & Sisters,

This week we are highlighting the mobile shower and laundry truck. The city of Fremont is looking for part-time drivers with a Class A license to drive the semi-truck to various locations. Commitment is needed for a minimum of 20 hours/week. Pay is $35/hour. If interested please contact the Compassion Network office.

Praise The Lord! Good news--Jerry Lovejoy had hip replacement Wednesday. He came through the surgery well! He is home recovering. Please continue to keep him and his family in prayer. Most of all that he can walk pain-free again!!

JOYFUL BOUNTY is here! If you are interested in donating a bag of Easter groceries for low income families in the Tri-City area stop by our table this Sunday and sign up.

For those of you that don’t know, Joyful Bounty is an outreach that provides Easter meals (groceries) for families in need. Similar to Hearty Harvest that we did in November.

The Winter Relief Shelter (WRS) is closed for the season. Thank you to all of you who have volunteered in one way or another.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THOSE WHO LIVE ON THE STREETS.

Please let us know if you helped any of these people in the EBLAST. Take pictures if you help with service projects! Thank you.

Your Cedars Liaisons,

Steve & Theresa Patchin

Verse of week: 1 Timothy 4:12 New International Version (NIV)

12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
