MINISTERING TOGETHER

God has given you, the parents and guardians, the privilege of being the primary nurturers in your child’s spiritual formation. Our aim is to support you through prayer, resources, and community.  Ministering to our children together is one way we grow in love as the body of Christ. Our trained & background checked kids ministers are amazing. This team also includes Jr. Helpers and it includes you.

WELL CHILD

Protecting the little ones and the ministry team’s health is important to us. If your child has had a runny nose (greenish or cloudy), fresh cold 5 days or less, fever in the last 24 hours, rash, cough, diarrhea or other signs of illness we ask that you do not bring your child to the ministry area. Thank you for helping to spread the health! 

Restrooms are in the children’s areas. The team does not change diapers. If a diaper change is needed you will be contacted.

We provide a small snack and water. Snacks include goldfish, all natural fruit snacks, and gluten free pretzels. Please speak with the teacher if your child has special dietary restrictions.

SPECIAL NEEDS & NEW ENVIRONMENT

If your little one has special needs or accommodations ask for the team lead so you can discuss what is best for your child.  Most children take a little while to adjust to new people and environments. Please share with the leaders how long you are comfortable with your child being upset before we contact you. 

CONTENT

Our weekly class resource is “At Home Weekly”. It is designed to reinforce you as primary by allowing your family to have time in God’s Word before your child attends church each week. It will provide you with ways to introduce "The Big God Story" and have age-appropriate conversations with your little one as you prepare him/her for what she will be experiencing in church.
